Our Services for Residential Property Owners

Our company has created a PROPERTY TAX EASEMENT®  which is a legal instrument that gives

someone certain interests or rights on or over another person’s property for a specific use and

duration of time. The company seeks to obtain a permanent non-exclusive easement granting it 

certain rights related to certain residential real estate property for the purpose of providing the following services:


  • Review and analyze the current and past residential property taxes paid on it;
  • Evaluate and (possibly) inspect the residential property for potential participation in our Property Tax Refund program;
  • If accepted into the program, create and list the residential property in our exclusive proprietary MLS-type database; 
  • Granting access to our exclusive proprietary MLS-type database listing of both residential and commercial properties enrolled in our Property Tax Refund program as a source of possible investment opportunities; and
  • Providing an association of the residential property with our residential PROPERTY TAX EASEMENT®   trademark (see below):

The company does not desire nor does the easement grant the company any legal rights to

take ownership, possession, use, transfer, or convey the residential property that is subject to 

the easement.  Nor does the PROPERTY TAX EASEMENT®  obligate the company to pay any

property taxes, assessments, fees, or charges which may be levied and collected by the local

government upon the residential property which is subject to the easement.


By creating and offering this service, property owners have a unique and valuable opportunity to enjoy lifelong economic benefits related to real estate property – without them necessarily having to sell their property to anyone else.
