We have started a new company in the “Property Tax Refunding” services space.
This niche business and our business strategy was launched to take advantage of two quintessential assumptions:
#1 -- all owners of residential and commercial property must pay annual taxes on the real property they own.
#2 -- the government will always exercise its sovereign power and authority to levy and collect taxes on real estate property
By leveraging our business based on these two assumptions, we believe this adds value to our intellectual property assets and gives our company a strong competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Many people are familiar with the Internal Revenue Service and have heard of a federal tax return. No matter how many people complain about the IRS, or how much they hate or fear having to go through the arduous process of filing their individual and corporate federal tax returns every year, or a tax audit ….
At the end of the day, if the truth be told - - no matter how much time, energy, and effort it took to complete the process… deep down inside.... if they were expecting to receive a big fat federal tax refund check back, they absolutely didn't mind it at all.
Why?
As individuals, these are the same people who can’t wait to receive that refund check because they depend on it to get them through to the next pay period, to help them catch up on bills, to help them pay off some of their debts, help buy that new car that they've been longing for, or to make that down payment on their new home.
After filing our individual tax returns, we can all remember anxiously looking out the window -- waiting for the mailman to deliver that orange-yellowish-brown colored thin envelope with the multi-shaded green looking check showing through the window with our name printed on it. We couldn’t wait to open it up to see how much our refund was going to be – it was like receiving an early Christmas present during the summer. It was always a welcome sigh of relief to know that we didn't owe anything. And, it always brought a BIG smile on our face each and every time that check arrived safely in the mail.
Even though the passage of time and modern technology has changed our physical reality and we may now receive an electronic deposit of our refund back instead of a physical check – we still look forward to having that same “great” feeling that we’ve always had each and every time we'd get a refund back from the federal, state, or the local government.
We want to re-create those same exact feelings and bring back those smiles for our customers – today, tomorrow, and for years to come.

Our parent membership-based organization is the Recyclable Lifetime Consumer Debt Association™ and it's Property Tax Refund program was designed with these three goals in mind.
The idea of starting a Property Tax Refunding service and Property Tax Refund program is the first major initiative which the Recyclable Lifetime Consumer Debt Association™ is launching for the benefit of its members who own residential and/or commercial real estate property.
A second phase of the initiative is in the works and will be directed towards making our Property Tax Refund program available to as many people as possible -- stay tuned.
